How does the Online Advisor(Q&A Chat) work?

1. Choose days based on your trip duration in China:
   Minimum 3 days, we also have discount on 7/15/30 days package, you can also add days to package.
   
   
2. Fill out the your trip preferences form:
   After placing your order, you will be sent a detailed preferences form. Please fill it out to let us know how you would like to travel in China.
   
   
3. Connect with your advisor:
   Connect with your advisor via WhatsApp or email. They will start to create your itinerary based on your request.
   
   You can always ask questions during service hours. Your advisor will respond as soon as possible, as soon as 30 minutes (if on duty), or no more than 6 hours (the next day if the advisor is on duty, because of the time zone).
